Most orders are processed via Etsy where I accept Etsy gift cards, all major credit cards, and PayPal. If you live in the Austin area and wish to pay cash, feel free to contact me to arrange your purchase.
Wholesale orders are processed via Square invoice and must be paid in full before items are shipped. If you are ordering wholesale and live in Texas, please send your Tax ID number if you wish to waive the 8.25% sales tax on your invoice. If no Tax ID is provided, sales tax will be included.
Deposits to secure a future order are also processed via Square invoice and are typically 25% of the order total. Deposits are on a first paid, first served basis.

Made to order: Up to 10 business days prior to shipment, depending on the size
SHIPPING + TRACKING
All orders are shipped via Standard USPS mail and include tracking, which will be sent to you via Etsy's shipping confirmation email. If you need your order rushed via priority or express shipping, please contact me via message prior to ordering, as you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you live in Austin, please feel free to message me if you'd rather pick up your item and I can waive the shipping cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be offered only if the item was damaged during transit or the wrong item was received. If you change your mind on an item after checkout and before the item is shipped, please send me a message to work out the best solution. If your item was damaged during transit, please send me a photo of the damage as soon as it arrives. Upon assessment, I will either request that you return the item for me to fix, remake, or issue a refund.
I do not refund shipping costs but if you do opt for an exchange, the final product will be shipped to you at no cost.
Once your shipping notification is sent, I am no longer responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please be sure all of your information is entered correctly as I want your package to arrive safely as much as you do!
CARE & CUSTOMS
Caring for fiber jewelry is much different than your average metal based pieces, which is indeed part of its charm. Much like your favorite garments, fiber jewelry will age over time. The frequency and conditions in which you wear each piece may determine how it fairs the years but it may need some TLC as time passes. Tassels can be groomed by damping them with a small amount of water and running a comb gently through the threads. Should you acquire a stain on a clutch or necklace, apply a small amount of warm water or soda water as soon as possible and blot with a clean cloth to lift the stain. As always, situations vary and you may need some guidance as each piece is unique. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the care of your piece. I'll be happy to assist you in any way that I can to ensure you are happy with my work for as long as possible.
I love custom orders! Please feel free to message me anytime if there is something you're curious about bringing to life. If I can make it hapen, I will create a custom Etsy listing or Square Invoice, whichever better suits your preference. After full payment is processed, I will begin your piece with an agreed deadline. When your piece is finished, I will send you a photo for approval (unless requested otherwise - for surprises, etc.) followed by a shipping* notification with tracking included.
